First mistake I made was I didn't purchase my RV from International(bought at Tradewinds), but the best thing I did was take it into there for warranty work! International went for real above and beyond taking care of my camper when I brought it in for warranty work. I picked it up today and could not be happier with how good my camper looks. They fixed everything on my camper that needed attention and even did some stuff out of there own kindness. The whole entire staff there is amazing. The atmosphere there was so inviting. 10/10 I would recommend this dealer. Save yourself a trip and stop in to get the best treatment. It's an hour drive for me, but wouldn't go anywhere else. I cannot praise the Service Dept enough for their outstanding service with our 5th wheel. Very professional & kind on the phone and in-person! I had hot water heater issues and Kalvin & Luke instantly knew what the problem was. Luke completed the service and I was on the road an hour later. Kudos to Chris in the Service Dept, too, for his excellent customer service, great personality, and knowledge! Thank you International RV !!!
My wife and I would like to thank everyone at International RV world in Bay City for the excellent sales experience and also for the great service in prepping our new 2023 Cedar Creek cottage CCK. Their service department took great care in inspecting and preparing the trailer.. We got the red carpet treatment starting at the sales, service and delivery. We traveled the state of Michigan and Indiana in Ohio to try to find our dream park model trailer and International RV world came through with flying colors. This is the second unit we’ve purchased from International RV world and Bay City and we will continue to do business with them and recommend them to our friends and family.
