WONDERFUL!! We are FT RVers and had trouble arise on our 2025 Grey Wolf. No other RV service would bother to even take a look. These guys invited us to stop in. They took a look and gave us the explanation we needed. Our minds were set at ease. There was an invite to come back for the repair, but we were headed 2 hours away. The tech made sure everything was safe and we were on our way! Seeing how generous they were with their time and how they showed us exactly the problem I would definitely use their services.

My wife and I would like to thank everyone at International RV world in Bay City for the excellent sales experience and also for the great service in prepping our new 2023 Cedar Creek cottage CCK. Their service department took great care in inspecting and preparing the trailer.. We got the red carpet treatment starting at the sales, service and delivery. We traveled the state of Michigan and Indiana in Ohio to try to find our dream park model trailer and International RV world came through with flying colors. This is the second unit we’ve purchased from International RV world and Bay City and we will continue to do business with them and recommend them to our friends and family. Kelly, Wendy, Cam, Luke, Sandra and the whole team in Bay City were great! Wendy was easy to communicate with via messenger/texts and FaceTime, as we were out-of-town buyers. Kelly is extremely knowledgeable in the business and was super accommodating and patient during the entire process. Cam guided us in driving the coach for the first time and even drove us to drop off our rental car. Luke came back to the shop after he was done for the day (and already relaxing at home on a Friday) to ensure we were comfortable with the mechanics and operations of our motorhome before we drove it off the lot. Sandra is very organized and sweet! They felt like family when we left.
